Within Aktas Holding, the training activities in which different subjects and contents are discussed are running at full speed.

Aktas Holding, which aims at contributing both personal and professional development of its employees within the scope of periodical training activities, has recently hosted a new training program with the participation of the Trainer Omer Cam.

In the organization lasted during the day; Aktas Holding employees were given trainings with a focus on "communication" besides the personal development trainings with the participation of Omer Cam, who shares his knowledge and experience as a professional motivation speaker and who also serves as a lecturer at Yeditepe University.

In the trainings that took place at the production facilities of Aktas Holding in the Organized Industrial Zone, important headings such as conflict management, meeting management, subordinate-superior relationships and persuasion skills were examined.

In the trainings which continued in an interactive and very efficient manner, the employees of Aktas Holding also had the opportunity to direct their questions to Omer Cam.
