The “Production Cockpit Meetings”, regularly organized by Aktas Holding within the framework of continuous improvement culture and perfectionist understanding each week, were finally held in the calendar, mixer, bellow production, metal and warehouse divisions and the production data was reviewed and required actions were discussed at the meetings.

At the meeting held at the production facilities of Aktas Holding in the Organized Industrial Zone, all production data of the relevant division were discussed in detail and opinion exchange took place in respect of the activities to be carried out to achieve the future goals of the company.
