Aktaş Holding Board Member and Chief Executive Officer Sami Erol, who comes together at almost every occasion with the students who will be our future, and who share guidance on business life, met with students this time in Balıkesir University.

Within the scope of the Active Summit'18 event organized by Balikesir University Active Life Community with the theme of "From Zero to Summit", Erol shared information and experiences about the business world with the students.

In his presentation entitled "Managing the Future-Life", Sami Erol talked about the importance of qualified and competent workforce that business world needs while sharing Aktaş Holding's success story extending from national level to globe and its digital transformation process.

Knowing how to manage life

Noting that change in life must be managed correctly, Erol said: "Today, there is a significant change in the business world as it is in every other area. This change requires us to be well-adopted. Four steps of success are to know what you want, to act, to learn to recognize the results of what you do, and to be prepared to change your behavior until you get the results you want. You must be patient with the goal, know how to direct life, and focus on creating value. Every problem needs to be considered as a learning opportunity. Trust yourself to achieve success, constantly learn, aim for continuous improvement culture, and reward yourself. Show all the effort to be 'world citizen'. Success will come with it already.”
