Continuous state of peace is essential so all people may live in peace, happiness and safety without segregation due to language, religion, race or gender and enjoy their civil rights and liberties.
Gazi Mustafa Kemal Ataturk with his expression “Peace in homeland, peace in the universe” had clearly pointed out the need for peace and rest for the entire humankind, which is the universal principle.
Turkish nation throughout centuries approached everyone with peace, fraternity and tolerance and reached nowadays in unity and solidarity.
On 1st of September, the International Day of Peace, we wish the peaceful future for the entire world.
