The training-development program has started within the scope of the First Level Manager Project implemented within Aktaş Holding.

Through the training by Instructor Ömer Uzun, titled "Leadership based on Trust and Cooperation", employees were informed about the significance of trust and cooperation for an effective leadership.

Expressing that institutions are at the center of continuous change in this ever-changing world order, Ömer Uzun underlined the importance of leaders who will carry their workplace into the future, motivate employees for a common purpose and contribute to team unity.

While the training was very informative for the participants, it was noted that the trainings will continue at full throttle within the scope of the project.
