1) Could you introduce yourself in short?
I worked in the hotel sector for 5 years after the graduation from tourism and following it management departments in the Mersin and Uludağ Universities. I work in Aktaş Holding since 2006.
2) What did you feel when you first applied Aktaş Holding?
I had suspicions whether I could do in the automotive sector after hotel sector but the statement of “above all is the human relations” of Şahap Bey even in our first interview turned out to be true and I continue my career in this sector.
3) For how long do you work in the organization of Aktaş Holding?
I am completing my 9th year in Aktaş Holding.
4) In which areas did you work?
First, I performed the duty of assistant to the presidency of the board of directors for about 2,5 years. During this time, I served in various projects in a lot of departments as R&D, quality and sales. Afterwards, I was included in the sales team and dealt with South America, Western Europe, Far East, and Oceania markets. Finally, I serve for conducting the North American operations for about 2,5 years.
5) What does Aktaş Holding mean to you?
After having that much time in the organization of Aktaş, it means kind of school for me personally. I see how all the knowledge I obtained theoretically is realized in the practice. At the same time, it means developing, increasing the effect on the world markets as for the company. That this could be obtained primarily with sincere, honest and open human relations…
