Training activities within Aktaş Holding continue during the pandemic period.

Within the scope of the training-development program, which is the second phase of the First Level Managers project, which has been implemented with the aim of developing team leaders and producing more efficient and sustainable results within Aktaş Holding, internal trainings have started.

In this context, Excel training was given to the unit leaders by Planning and Logistics Manager Hakan Akçın, and "Employee Management & Legislation" training was given by Human Resources Team Leader Gülver Şen.

Within the scope of the project, "Problem Solving Techniques", "5S", "Kaizen", "QDMS", "SAP", "Computer Technical Hardware" and "Law on the Protection of Personal Data" trainings will be held in the coming weeks.
