19 May marks the day which is one of the most important milestones for the history of the Turkish nation as it was when the foundations of the Republic of Turkey were laid.

101 years ago, on May 19, 1919, the foundation of the Turkish independence struggle was laid, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk landed on the shores of the province of Samsun and thus, the foundation of the modern Turkey was laid.

19 May marks the day when the Turkish nation unites against the enemies who wanted to destroy it and started the struggle for liberation.

Just as with the spirit and perseverance in those days, we need young people on the future journey of our country.

As Aktaş Holding Family, we respectfully remember all our martyrs and veterans, especially Gazi Mustafa Kemal and his fellow comrades in arms, who struggled at the cost of their lives, and we sincerely congratulate the 19 May Commemoration of Ataturk, Youth and Sports Day.
