In particular, we attach great importance to youth employment. One of our most important criteria when implementing the project was that applicants did not have any previous work experience because, as Aktaş Holding, we aimed to provide young people with their first work experience within our company. As a company that employs over 500 people in different locations around the world, we attach great importance to diversity. In this respect, while we have been applying the gender equality approach in all our human resources policies, we have taken care to act with this priority in our 'Career School' project. Our only goal is to continue to enrich our current organization with different working competencies, to build the future of Aktaş Holding in the best way and to undertake works that will create added value for our country."
