I would like to share my thoughts on "being a team", which I see as one of the most important factors that make companies successful.
First of all, companies need qualified employees who can create value to be successful. In other words, if the human resources of the company are not qualitatively sufficient, it is very difficult for the company to succeed or to make the success sustainable, no matter how high the financial resources of the company.
Therefore, the team phenomenon means that people put aside their personal interests and egos and struggle with the common consciousness for the team success, that is, for the success of the company.
That all individuals who form the team take responsibility in the target journey with the same dedication and enthusiasm, share the same values and lock to a common goal is directly reflected on the success of the company.
In addition, encouraging everyone within the team to achieve better is an important triggering factor to achieve the intended results.
In this respect, when we look back at Aktaş Holding, behind the sustainable success it has achieved step by step since 1938 when the company was established lies its strong and qualified human resources.
And in this sense, as our strongest resource, I can point to our qualified human resources that succeed in producing value and being a team.
