Aktaş Holding, leader in Turkey and among the first three companies in the world in the air suspension bellows sector, literally influenced in the 3^rd Bursa Human Resources and Employment Meeting (BIIB 2014), the 3rd of which was organized this year and which gathers hundreds of companies and people looking for job.

Yücetürk, sharing the milestones of Aktaş Holding turning into one of the biggest brands of the world from a small workshop, while conveying her experiences with the point of view of HR from the stage of filling CVs by the ones looking for job to the personal development methods, from determining the targets correctly to the process of being a world citizen, the participants had the opportunity to direct the questions they wandered to her in the meeting performed in an interactive way.

Yücetürk, giving the recommendation of “determine role models for you and follow their career developments” to the participants, said “make plans, divide your targets into small parts. Closely monitor the developments related with your jobs. Don’t disregard your personality. Be honest to yourselves and never stop learning” and performed an enjoyable presentation for the audience on the subject of going to the realistic targets.
