Aktas Holding has launched the project 'Aktas is Talking' with the aim of ensuring that its employees, whom it considers to be its 'most valuable resource', can share their ideas directly with the management.

Within the scope of the project, the employees meet in groups with Iskender Ulusay, the Chief Executive Officer of Aktas Holding.

While the meetings that took place at different times were very productive, the employees expressed that they were very pleased to have the opportunity to meet with Ulusay one-on-one and share their suggestions.
