Aktas Holding Human Resources and Corporate Communication Group Manager Oylum Ozturk Erdem attended the Business Administration Master’s Program Organizational Behavior course and supported the students of Uludag University.

In the course of Organizational Behavior, which aims to understand human behavior within the organization and to make the employee more effective and successful, Erdem conveyed her knowledge and experiences about the process to the students.

Organizational Behavior, on the other hand, covers various areas such as doing the job effectively, choosing appropriate people for the job, measuring the skills and talents of the employees, evaluating the job applications from a psychological perspective, vocational training and evaluating the performance of the employees.
