In 1972, after the decision taken at the United Nations Environment Conference held in Stockholm, Sweden, June 5 is celebrated with various activities around the world as the 'World Environment Day' every year.

At the point we reach today, it is important for all mankind to preserve and sustain the natural beauty that makes the earth worth living.

We must continue to take responsibility together to leave a more habitable world for future generations.
