Aktaş Holding Board Member and Chief Executive Officer Sami Erol continues to share experiences that can be a role model for individuals on the road to success.

In this context, Sami Erol took place in two different events while participating in entrepreneurship and vision-based conversations organized in different regions of Bursa and our country.

Sami Erol firstly participated in the program themed "Organizational entrepreneurship in family enterprises and transition between generations" held in cooperation of Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD) and the Faculty of Communication at Galatasaray University campus.

In the program, Erol made a remarkable share of the steps to be taken by family companies to achieve sustainable success and take steps towards institutionalization.

He shared a value creating vision

Sami Erol then came together with teachers working in Private Emine Örnek College in Bursa.

In the seminar titled "Value Creating Vision", Erol emphasized that maintaining the life by creating value is one of the most basic points to achieve happiness while touching the hacks for achieving success in life.

Participants attracted great deal of attention to Sami Erol's shares in both conferences.

Sami Erol, on the other hand, noted that he would continue to make such meetings resolutely.
