Aktaş Holding, which is the leader in Turkey and among the first three companies in the air suspension bellows sector, has started a brand new period in whole organizational structure across the world.
Aktaş Holding, having activities in 6 continents and the products of which are sold in more than 90 countries, has decided to enter a standardization process in all Aktaş companies in the global arena and conduct the activities jointly.
Accordingly, the first step was taken with the inter-company visit made in the previous days by the management staff that has duties in the organization of Aktaş.
In the scope of the visits, Rahşan İ. Yorulmaz, quality and management systems director came to Bulgaria in October 19th, Hüseyin İlarsan, metal production operation manager, and Adnan Yazıcı, production and planning director, again to Bulgaria between October 15th and 17th, Daniela Savova, HR manager of Bulgaria to Bursa in September 29th, 30th, Emrah Çınaroğlu, North Amerika Sales Manager and Sinan Yılmaz LFT (Germany) company manager to Bursa in October 20th and had the opportunity to evaluate the processes closely.
In the visits where the interviews were conducted on what we can do together, the manager who took the decision to jointly manage the activities by standardizing them gave the start with these studies for continuing these visits by wide spreading them.
The managers who have the consensus about gathering more often after the negotiations passed quite efficient said this kind of organizations, performed, produce useful results at the point of development of both personal and Aktaş Holding.
