Aktaş Holding continued its training activities with great importance and added a new one to its in-house training.

Aktaş Holding executive and team leaders attended to the training organized by Onda Management Consultancy. In the "Management Building Stones Training" held on March 10 and March 24, participants were given information on leadership.

In the training underlining the evaluations of effective management and leadership like "What should be done as a manager, how to increase efficiency in management processes, how to raise energy in the team?", also the issues such as change, development and continuity were discussed in detail.

Making statements about these trainings, Aktaş Holding Board Member and Chief Executive Officer Sami Erol said that they have carried out many training in the institution in line with the goal of growth in world scale.
