Aktaş Holding shaped the vision for the future with the Process Evaluation Meetings that were held in order to evaluate the year 2017 and to set the targets and expectations related to the year 2018.
Within the framework of Process Evaluation Meetings held at Almira Hotel between 19-23 December by Aktaş Holding, 2017 performances and future targets of all the units within the company were discussed in detail.
In the annual evaluation meetings covering all activities of the company in the fields such as production, sales, marketing, human resources, information technology, quality and job security, managers share the recent data about the current performance and Aktaş Holding Board Member and Chief Executive Sami Erol took place in the meetings held.

In highly efficient organizations; various actions such as making periodic determination of current business plan and targets, determining the resources and necessities for ensuring the appropriateness and continuity of the management system, and evaluating staff suggestions and opinions for continuous improvement within the company were mentioned.
Speaking at the meetings, Aktaş Holding Board Member and Chief Executive Officer Sami Erol emphasized that the constant optimization culture integral part of the corporate culture of Aktaş Holding and stated that such meetings are highly important to get the picture of the entire and for communicating the goals of the future clearly to the relevant departments.
