Şahap Aktaş, the Board Chairman of Aktaş Holding, continues to meet with young people -our future- on a regular basis and continue to convey his experiences related to the business world.

In this direction, Şahap Aktaş participated in the " Interviews with Business World Series-1" event organized by Uludağ University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (İİBF).

In the interview moderated by Uludağ University Faculty of Business Administration Professor Dr. Bilçin Meydan, Aktas took place with Ermetal Companies Group Chairman Fahrettin Gülener.

There was a great interest in the interview held in IIBF Purple Hall by the students; and Şahap Aktas, mentioning about difficulties in his professional life and his career voyage and referring to striking examples, gave some recommendations especially for the students to be entrepreneurial individuals.

Stating that he acted with the idea of ​​"what can I do better and how can I do contribute to my country with the "will to success’ in me?" during his entire life, Şahap Aktaş expressed that he has always strived to achieve better works in his business life, which he started at early ages.

Since its foundation as a small workshop, Aktas Holding, which has come to the present with sustainable growth and value creation culture today, has become one of the biggest players in the world. Aktaş explained that the most important factor behind this success is 'creating value' and recommended the students to improve themselves in at least one direction for their life.

At the end of the interactive meeting, Aktaş tried to answer the questions that students were curious about and the participants were presented a plaque for their participation and valuable sharing.
