1.     First of all, could you introduce yourself?

I was born in Tekirdağ's Hayrabolu district on 22.07.1992. After completing my secondary education at Darüşşafaka High School, I started to study at Istanbul Technical University Mechanical Engineering. After successfully completing this education, I did double major at Istanbul Technical University Department of Business Engineering.

2.     When did you receive scholarship support from Aktaş Education Foundation?

I received scholarship support from Aktaş Education Foundation for three periods; 2015 - 2016 Fall Semester, 2015 - 2016 Spring Semester and 2016 - 2017 Fall Semester.

3.     How did you learn about Aktaş Education Foundation scholarships?

I learned about the Aktas Education Foundation scholarships through the researches I had done on the internet. Later, I made my first contact with Aktaş Education Foundation by applying for scholarship.

4.      What direct and indirect contributions did Aktaş Education Foundation scholarship make to your educational life?

Aktaş Education Foundation provided very important contributions to education life. Thanks to the financial support provided, I could spend more time on my lessons and responsibilities. Without having to work in other jobs to provide monthly subsistence, I had the chance to focus on development, both professionally and socially. In this sense, the place of Aktaş Education Foundation in my education life will always remain special.

5.      Have you been able to follow up other activities that Aktaş Education Foundation has undertaken in terms of social responsibility? Do you have any knowledge about this topic?

Yes, I have. I follow up the monthly mail newsletters sent to my e-mail address and thus, I am informed about all the social responsibility projects. Aktas Education Foundation is undertaking incredible works to add collective value to the society. I believe that these works will continue in the same way in the future.

6.     What are the contributions of the Aktaş Education Foundation that enabled you to reach your present position or realize your goals?

In today's world, cash and time can sometimes be the most important inputs that enable us to reach our goals.

While providing financial support for education, Aktaş Education Foundation made a great contribution to me by enabling me to create the time necessary to reach my goals.

That is why Aktaş Holding's place will always hold a special importance for me because of the contributions it provided me to achieve my dreams and help me reach the present position.

7.     Can you summarize the importance of Aktaş Education Foundation in your life in one sentence?

The Aktas Education Foundation is a social, benevolent, self-sacrificing institution that does not hesitate to use its resources for the benefit of society and adopts the concept of 'we develop as the society develops.'

8.     Will you share your future vision with us? What are your career goals?

I want to be a professional who solves problems by educating myself in institutional firms and put forward solutions.

Leadership is not an attribute of a single position. Leader is a person who ponders, takes action and directs when he/she sees a problem.

I cannot specify a position, a company or an industry in relation to my future vision.

Though I have no a specific plan for the time being, today we live in an ever-changing world with many different parameters and events. However, looking at the big picture, I just want to be a consultant executing my duties in the best manner possible and putting forward solutions.

9.     Do you support projects developed to support students who go through the same journey as you? What are your recommendations to students?

It must be your greatest desire to do the best we can and to be the best in your job.

We must always act with this passion and consciousness. For this we must feed ourselves using all the resources and communication network of today's world.

A great responsibility awaits for the new generation employees. As well as being competent in a specific field, you are expected to have preliminary knowledge in more than one topic and to be able to go deeper if necessary (Principle T).

Because in the new business world, things are moving on a much more holistic and interdisciplinary understanding.

10.  Are there any achievements in your education and business life that you are proud of? If yes, could you mention about these achievements in short?

Yes, I have made many achievements that I am proud of.

To name some of them, I was the Engineer Assistant in the Croatia's national football team in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

I received a double diploma from ITU and graduated within the High Honor List.

Upon completing the university, I achieved to be one (the only one in Turkey) of 48 persons selected to the Graduate Program from among 1500 in Turkey and 28000 in the world.
