Approximately 15 percent of the world population, in other words, more than 1 billion people have lost some of their abilities (become disabled) for various reasons.

Covering a wide range of issues, the concept of disability does not only concern citizens with disabilities and their families, but also all segments of the society very closely.

The population of persons with disabilities is constantly increasing with every passing day as a result of population aging and the rise in chronic diseases.

Proclaimed as the International Day of Persons with Disabilities by the United Nations in 1992, December 3 is a very special day, which has been embraced by all countries and been celebrated with meaningful events since then.

Aktaş Holding has always supported our citizens with disabilities since the first day of its foundation. We have been providing and will continue to provide all the support that we can to raise the living standards of people with disabilities.
