In Kaizen system, targeting process improvements and employee motivation at the Aktas Holding, extremely successful results were secured and the company continues awarding its employees who contribute to the existing system.
In Kaizen Award Ceremony organized by the Aktas Holding on 25 July, blue-collar presentations were made and the contributing employees were awarded by certificate.

Besides Sahap Aktas, Aktas Holding Chairman of the Executive Board, the executive board members attended the award ceremony along with production-quality-engineering-blue-collar employees. Sami Erol, Aktas Holding Member of the Board of Directors and CEO, who emphasized the importance of the Kaizen system to the company, mentioned that they adopt continuous improvement culture as one of the most important missions of the company.
Erol, who celebrated all employees contributing to the system, mentioned that the improvements that look small make big changes to the company and the employees, and added that the works of increasing efficiency will continue at its full pelt.
