"Ak-İzo Insulation Systems Industry and Trading Co. in Aktas Holding's Construction Group continues to assume important responsibilities in the protection of water resources in our country.

Ak-Izo, the first and only EPDM membrane manufacturer in Turkey, has provided waterproofing solutions in a wide range of applications ranging from foundations to roofs, facades, terraces and pond bases, and has made significant contributions to this country and the sector, signed an important work in DSI General Directorate.

Ak-Izo, which is proud to display the environmentally friendly products of Lineflex brand waterproofing solutions that provide a 'next generation' waterproofing solution, and informed senior officials from the DSİ General Directorate on the protection of water resources in the nature, and on the differences in the use of EPDM membranes in Turkey from other materials.

In the presentation that was realized by Ak-Izo team, together with DSI officials, Prof. Dr. Murat Sen from Hacettepe University, and the significant names from Hacettepe University Chemistry Department and Hacettepe University Polymer Science and Technology Department participated.

Aktas Holding Board Member and Chief Executive Officer Sami Erol, who said that the meeting which was carried out with the participation of authorized persons from DSI General Directorate was very productive for both sides, also stated that the main objective of the company is to prevent possible losses in water resources and add value to the present day and the future of our country.
