The contract was signed as a result of the negotiations made with the syndicate within the body of Aktas Air Suspension Systems Inc., which is a subsidiary of Aktas Holding.

Sami Erol, who is Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of Aktas Holding, said that a contract was signed with which the both parties met a common point, following the negotiations made with the Turkish Chemical Industry Employers 'Union (KIPLAS) and the Turkish Petroleum Chemical Rubber Workers' Union (Petrol-Is), he also said that he wishes it to be beneficent.

Erol, who said that they attach great importance to the unionization rights of the employees which is one of the essentials of Democracy, also said "in the process of new period collective bargaining agreement which has been conducted for a while with the Turkish Chemical Industry Employers 'Union (KIPLAS) and Turkish Petroleum Chemical Rubber Workers' Union (Petrol-Is), we are so glad that we agreed upon with the representatives of the syndicate. Undoubtedly, our employees have a great endeavor and effort for Aktas Holding which continues its activities globally successfully, has reached the present day.  Since the day we were established as a company, we have tried to act with an understanding that gives full support to the social rights and activities of our employees which is one of the most natural rights of our employees. I believe that the beneficial result was achieved for both sides through the negotiations made.
