AIESEC which has been operating since 1948 is a global, non-political, independent and non-profit youth network managed by undergraduates and newly graduates being efficient in the world by developing leadership experiences of individuals. AIESEC leads the leadership movement of the youth by developing global learning networks thanks to the international apprenticeships and voluntariness experience offered by it in more than 124 countries.

The organization which was established in Bursa in 1972 and enabled the young to gain experience in successful studies to the present displayed a major change and development in 2000's in particular. Paying attention to professionalism in recent years, AIESEC turned into an organization desiring to continuously increase its contribution firstly in Bursa and then globally. Professional young people having an amateur spirit have a chance to participate in the studies from all universities of the city and even from Yalova, Canakkale and Balikesir.

AIESEC also aims at providing the firms in Bursa and nearby cities with competitive advantage in the global trade area with its program named Global Talent. It ensures access to the young talents required to penetrate in new markets or increase dominance on the existing markets from each place of the world.
