Our martyrs and veterans, who are the biggest assurance the of Republic of Turkey to live forever, and who proved that the patriotism is the most high love on Earth, take place among the architects of our glorious history by non-compromising from the indivisibility of our homeland, and their love for flag, national and spiritual values.

All of our martyrs and veterans, who have the model for the world nationalities by exhibiting a heroic struggle in order to enable our country to reach the bright tomorrows, are almost a symbol and assurance of our existence in this homeland.

We, today, more confidently look to the future due to the determination and resolute stance that our martyrs and veterans put forward, and we continue our lives in peace.

We memorialize, primarily Gazi (Veteran) Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, who is the founder of our Republic and the leader of our independence struggle, and his brothers in arms with mercy and gratitude all of our martyrs who struggled at the risk of their lives for the sake of our country; and we also present our estimation and love for our veterans, and we wish the long lives for them due to 19^th of September Martyrs and Veterans Day.
