Adopting the 'efficiency' and 'continuous improvement' principles within the production and service processes with the thought of the effective usage of all resources, Aktas Holding is carrying on holding various trainings and workshops in order to implant this thought to all employees of the company in the same direction.

Aktas Holding finally succeeded a significant workshop entitled 'Product-Process Development' which was held as workshop and in which mutually ideas were exchanged with the target of contributing to the improvement works within the product and service processes.

Whereas the employees from each department of the company took part in the 'Product-Process Development Workshop' which was held on 1 June at the production plants in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone by Aktas Holding, considerably efficient results in terms of improvement works were obtained in the around-the-clock organization.

“Ideas one more valuable than the other were revealed”

Aktas Holding Chief Executive Officer and Board Member Sami Erol who recorded that the ideas which came to the front will be evaluated by repeating the ‘Product-Process Development Workshop' at certain intervals, celebrated all employees who shared ideas one more valuable than the other within the scope of the workshop by underlining that the models by which the production and service processes can be managed in a much more effective and efficient manner have been determined by means of this workshop.
