Sami Erol, who participated in the conversation, which was held with the cooperation of Foundation of Diversity Supporting in Knowledge and Practice and Uludag University and which was targeted to enlighten careers of the students before business life, as speaker, shared his extensive professional experiences with the students.

Erol, who recommended to the students of Uludag University to determine a target for themselves and to ascend career steps one by one in line with this target, stated that the fact which should be originally taken into consideration in life is the ability of one to create value for both himself and the society in which he lives in by underlining that earning money should be never made a priority alone.
