Question 1-)  Could you introduce yourself, in short? 

Answer: I was born in Bursa in 1973. I graduated in Tophane Industrial Vocational High School. I continue my education as the senior class student of Management Department of Open Education Faculty. 

Question 2-) What did you feel when you first applied to Aktas Holding? 

Answer: I applied to Aktas Holding because it is a big and institutional company. I had contact with the organization with the recommendation of my friends working here. First, I started working as the quality warehouse officer. Then, since the departments were separated, I went to the warehouse department. I continue working as the shift supervisor in the Mixer department since 2005. 

Question 3-) For how long do you work in the organization of Aktas Holding? 

Answer: I have been working in the organization of Aktas Holding for 11 years. 

Question 4-) Did you work in which areas? 

Answer: I started working in the quality warehouse department in the organization of Aktas Holding. Now I work as the shift supervisor in the Mixer department. 

Question 5-) What does Aktas Holding mean to you? 

Answer: Aktas Holding is a big company and promises a future for me. It is a company which the future, vision and targets are big. I am happy to work here. Actually I working here for 11 years is a clear indication of this. I lived many firsts of my life here. I lived a lot of things in my life with the salary I earn here. I bought a house and car. My 2nd child said hi to the life with what I earn here. Most of them are things which can be measured with materiality however this are facts very important for me. I planned my future here. I continue planning. For example, I have taken a decision here by thinking what I was missing. I consulted with my co-workers in the organization of Aktas Holding and we talked that I had to finish my education in Open Education. I thought that only my diploma is missing in my life and I continue my education since 2010 to complete this.
