Sami Erol, chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of the Aktaş Holding, participated in the seminar performed related with the on the job training program which was carried into effect recently by ISKUR and where it is targeted that important gaining is revealed and got detailed information on the program.
In the scope of the seminar performed with the cooperation of South Marmara Branch of Turkish human management society (PERYON) and DOSABSIAD, while Ahmet Canımova, the branch manager from the ISKUR Bursa region directorate shared the details of the on the job training program, Sami Erol, chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of the Aktaş Holding, personally participated in the organization, performed in the DOSAB conference hall, on behalf of the Aktaş Holding.
Ahmet Canımova, the branch manager from the ISKUR Bursa region directorate shared the details of the on the job training program, which was started for the participation of the unemployed to the employment by ISKUR in the direction of the “new employment and incentive package” and where net minimum wage payment will be made monthly to the ones participated in the program, emphasized that this is an extremely important activity for the contribution of the unemployed ones to the employment.
Stating that the necessary participant share of 25 TL paid for each actual days they continue the program to the participants of the on the job training program was raised to 36,50 TL with the decision of ISKUR board of directors dated: April 10th, 2015, Canımova said “If the participants of the on the job training program continue the program for 26 days, they will get 949 TL, which is equal to the net minimum wage”.
“Incentive news”
In the seminar titled “the employment incentives provided by the law no: 6645”, Canımova said the employers who employ the participants can use the insurance premium incentive up to 48 months and called for that the employers make contribution to the increase in employment by using this program and that the participation of the unemployed to the program increases.

Stating that on the job program is a project which will provide important benefits to the country and Bursa, Sami Erol, chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of the Aktaş Holding, celebrated the ones who had endeavors in the preparation of the project and said that they, as Aktaş Holding, are ready to give the support they can at the point of ensuring the sustainability of the on the job program.
There were approximately 100 participants in the seminar performed in the conference hall of DOSABSIAD.
