Sami Erol, the chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of Aktaş Holding got the full marks with the information he gave on the sustainable success and quality in the session while he assumed the presidency of the session called “brand values” in the quality and success symposium, the 13th of which was organized this year, by Turkish Quality Society’s (KalDer) Bursa Branch and Bursa Industrialists and Businessman Society (BUSIAD).
While the symposium performed with different theme every year and monitored by people close to 3 thousand was organized with the participation of the doyen speakers on the business and life quality in this year, Erol, who is also president of the board of directors of former period of Kalder Bursa conveyed very useful information to the ones who monitored the symposium during the session he presided.
In the session Sami Erol who spoke as “Vision approach is very important in the formation of global brand. Vision also requires internalization ability. The global brands have to give important to unconditional customer satisfaction and continuous improvement as well as quality of life and sustainable development” stated that the values approach and values series should be taken into account for the brands.
“Branding process should be long-termed”
Stating that the protection of environment and applications which will establish a model for the society should be realized, Erol said “Branding process is a phenomenon which is long-termed and requiring sustainability. Sustainability is not completely integrated to the corporate structure in the country yet. The notion of size is not a preliminary condition in the global successes for the companies. It has the priority that the innovative applications are developed and can be integrated with the social approach. Innovative approaches and lean management system are really very important.”

In the organization performed in Almira Hotel and lasted 2 days, Aktaş Holding provided sponsorship support to “brand values” session while it made an impression in the organization monitored with interest.
