In terms of businesses, making customer satisfaction a priority and analyzing the needs and expectations, while continuing it, is also a mandatory activity to be able to manage this process in the most effective and fast manner.

The "branding" phenomenon that emerges at this point is frequently a matter of discussion in today's world.

Creating a brand for a product or service should be known to be a journey that requires considerable long-term and meticulous work, although it may seem easy today.

Because it is essential to maintain sustainability in branding; and to be planned, continuous and consistent.

While businesses tend to take different steps in branding to avoid disappear in the global competition, it is important to remember that branding has earned 'trustworthy' customers to the company.

Branding also gives companies a competitive edge. However, if customer requests are lagging behind, and are not responded to expectations, it is even possible that the current brand will face the risk of going back and disappearing.
