Full Support from Techno Aktaş to YEE Energy Efficiency Project

Aktaş Holding's production base in Bulgaria, Techno Aktaş, continues to contribute to the region's economy, as well as to the studies conducted to increase the environmental awareness.

In this context, Techno Aktaş supported Young Energy Europe (YEE) project aimed at improving the measures taken by the companies to protect the climate and supported the efforts to improve energy efficiency.

The first meeting of the organization was held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria on March 8, 2018 at the Limacon Center, organized by future participants and future faculty members and the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

In response to the 2015 Paris Climate Change Agreement, the project, part of the European Climate Protection Initiative (EUI), created by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Construction and Nuclear Safety last year, in the areas of energy efficiency, resource management and corporate mobility, is aimed to mediate the training of young experts from different companies and fields of activity.

Future energy data will be monitored

The project is financed by the Federal Ministry and will be implemented in parallel in Bulgaria, Greece, Czech Republic, and Hungary for 3 years.

Participants in the project and future energy observers will be trained to analyze energy consumption in businesses, to measure consumption with related devices, to use and interpret data obtained from the consultant from the institution they are working with.

Project management and economic analysis are also considered as part of education, while participants are expected to develop communication and presentation skills.
