Aktaş Holding, leader in Turkey and among the first three companies in the world in the air suspension bellows sector, received a run by the visitors in the 3^rd Bursa Human Resources and Employment Meeting (BIIB), the 3rd of which was organized this year and which gathers hundreds of companies and people looking for job.

In the organization where A total of 163 companies participated, the 3rd of which organized with the cooperation by Merinos Bursa Governorship, Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, Bursa City Council (BKK), Bursa Labor and Employment Directorate (ISKUR Bursa), and Bursa Commerce and Industry Chamber (BTSO) with 187 stands, the interest to the Aktaş Holding stand was intense in the meeting where thousands of participants involved in.

In the organization organized in Ataturk Congress and Cultural Center (Merinos AKKM) between December 27 and 29, Tuğba Demirsu Yücetürk, Human Resources Team Leader, Gözde Yenidokur, Human Resources Expert, and Ayşegül Dönmez, Human Resources Expert, gathered with the visitors in the stand area allocated to the company.

In the meeting where big opportunities were created for the ones looking for job for 3 days, Tuğba Demirsu Yücetürk, Human Resources Team Leader, performed an important presentation related with career planning for the visitors.

Yücetürk, who told the journey of Aktaş Holding from a small workshop to being one of the biggest players of the world in the sector, mentioned a lot of subjects from personal vision development to the features requested by HR experts, from determining the targets correctly to the points which the employers take into account in the recruitment procedure and the sharing made got full marks from the participants.
