Ensuring the customer satisfaction unconditionally with the products and services in the markets to which the services are provided in terms of the companies and the ability of the companies to adopt the customer-oriented management systems are among the factors which are primarily taken into account within the framework of the corporateness plannings.

 

It is seen that the companies which make an effort for the development of the superior service conscious within the institution in the work processes and customer management relationships by prioritizing the quality and customer satisfaction at each stage of the service provided have caught significant advantages in succeeding under the today's conditions.

 

This is because whereas considering many factors are of importance in reaching the targeted points for the companies under the rugged market conditions of today, the customer satisfaction should be ensured at maximum level in order to be able to establish a long-term customer-company relationship in all processes such as production, sales, marketing, logistics etc. in terms of the enterprise.

 

At this point, to be able to establish the 'Customer Satisfaction Management System' in an effective manner in terms of the corporate companies and to ensure that this system reaches to the level to be able to respond to not only today's expectations but also future's expectations by continually updating this system shall be a significant balance factor for the future of the enterprise.

 

It is unlikely for the enterprises which ignore establishing customer-oriented systems to be able to survive in the new world order in which the competition is experienced at the top level and which is becoming more and more globalized each passing day.

 

From this point of view, all expectations and demands of the customers who are always in the role of 'person having the final say' should be well analyzed in the products and services for a proper structuring and the action should be taken by planning the process managements in the most rapid and realistic manner accordingly.
