Aktas Holding continues its support to the activities performed to recover the lack of employment, which is considered as one of the most important problems for our country and global countries, and increase involvement of skilled manpower in the labor force market.

Aktas Holding participated in the On-The-Job Training Program which has been implemented by ISKUR and allow graduates for gaining professional experience and aim at involving the unemployed in employment as well to serve to the economy of our country on the labor force market.

While salaries of the relevant persons who take office within the structure of Aktas Holding in the scope of the Program are borne by ISKUR for 3 months, the participants obtain a certificate of ISKUR at the end of the course.

While trainees who show a successful performance during the course are intended to start job in the staff of Aktas Holding, the project, which aims at providing qualified personnel for the labor force market, is expected to display efficient results in the long term.
