Aktaş Holding, which is the leader in Turkey and among the first three companies in the world in the air suspension bellows sector, continues organizing seminars with quality to guide the development of the students.  

Aktaş, who conveyed knowledge which they can't be forget to the students of Bursa branch of AIESEC, gathering the youth continuing the education in Uludağ University and from different countries sincerely answered the questions asked by the students. In the activity performed in a very colorful and interactive way, Aktaş performed a sharing which there are examples from his life history.

Aktaş, conveying the story of Aktaş Holding, starting activities as a small workshop, of being among the biggest companies of the world in her sector, emphasized that it is required to struggle against the difficulties of the life without being afraid of and it is required to be determinant and courageous for going up in the steps of career one by one. 

Reminding the students that they have to be aware of the responsibilities and to learn maximum foreign language other than English, which they can learn, Aktaş stated that it is required to take attraction by developing skills and abilities different from others for winning the favor of the organizations and institutions. 

Aktaş, stating that communication is one of the biggest success factors, mentioned that the ones who retire to pasture may have hard time to win the success but the ones who state themselves correctly are always one step ahead. 

Students watched Aktaş who was affected in the times when examples from his life were given with a great interest. While the youth from AIESEC followed what Aktaş told with interest, the students, following the speeches, thanked and gave flowers to Aktaş for his participation, who took time for themselves and conveyed his precious ideas.
